BEFORE

As you come down the stairs the washing maching will be moved into a future landry room. I am going to frame out this whole area. A door will be on the left leading to the laundry room and a door to the right leading to the bar / home theater room.

Bar area looking at stairs - there is going to be a wall against the stairs and a french door as you enter. The dryer and the cabinet will be moved into the laundry room which is straight ahead. There will be another door right where the washing machine is.

This is where the bar is going to be. I am going to place it against support colomn. There is going to be a mirror behind the bar and flourescent lighting shining down on the mirror. I am definately going to have to support the stairs a little better, but underneath the stairs is where I am going to but a beer / wine fridge.

This is another shot of the bar area in its entirety. This whole rooms if going to be framed out. I am going to cover up the radon evacuation system and the sump pump which is hidden behing those finned shutters. I am thinking on having a motorized curtain kit over here to close seperate the rooms.

This is what you would see if you just turned around from the last shot. This is where the home theater is goig to be. All the walls will be framed out and I will frame out around the water filter.

This is where the home theater equipment is going to be. I am going to remove paneling and push the wall back about 2 feet and remove all the aluminum studs.

This is the opposite side of the home theater. i am going to frame out around all windows, sumps and filters. There will be doors for easy access.

This room that I am standing in is going to be the future laundry room. Ahead is where the equipment room is going to be. There will be a wall with a door seperating these two rooms. I can't wait!
